All responses will remain completely confidential. Neither your school district nor National FFA will have access to your individual responses on these items.

Directions: For each of the leadership skills listed below, rate your ability to perform each skill. Be sure to indicate your ability BEFORE participating in any Living to Serve project.

  • Excellent ability – I feel that in comparison with other students my age, I am a leader in this area.
  • Good ability – I feel that in comparison with other students my age, I am average in this area.
